Russin & Vecchi (“R&V”) highly values the privacy and personal data protection of our clients. R&V’s Personal Data Protection Policy is set forth as follows:

1. Purpose of Collection
R&V may collect, process, or use personal data provided by clients for the purposes of providing legal services, event notifications, client management, business promotion, and fulfilling statutory obligations.

2. Categories of Personal Data Collected
The personal data collected by R&V includes contact information such as names, job titles, addresses, mobile phone numbers, and email addresses, as well as National Identification Card numbers, passport numbers, age, gender, date of birth, nationality, and any other personal data required for handling the mandated matters.

3. Period, Area, Recipients, and Method of Use of Personal Data
Within the necessary scope of the aforementioned purposes of collection, R&V will, via automated or other non-automated methods, provide the personal data provided by clients to R&V's agents, third parties delegated by R&V to provide services, and relevant government agencies when necessary for handling the business (collectively, the “Recipients”), for processing and use within the countries or regions where R&V or the Recipients are located. To meet the aforementioned purposes of collection, unless otherwise instructed by the client regarding the personal data they provided to R&V, R&V will continuously retain the collected personal data during the period in which the relevant services are provided and for twenty (20) years after the termination of such period.

4. Rights of the Data Subject
Data subjects have the right to request inquiry, review, duplication, supplementation, or correction of their personal data, as well as to request the cessation of collection, processing, use, or deletion of their personal data by contacting R&V via email. However, R&V may charge necessary and reasonable fees for such requests. R&V may legally refuse such requests if the personal data is necessary for R&V's performance of its duties or compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Clients are free to choose whether or not to provide the relevant personal data. However, if a client refuses to provide the data, or if the data provided is incomplete or untrue, R&V may be unable to provide complete legal consultation, handle the entrusted legal cases, or establish a formal attorney-client relationship.

5. Amendment
R&V may amend this Personal Data Protection Policy from time to time. When material changes are made to this Policy, the contents will be published on R&V's official website.

泰運法律事務所（下稱本所）非常重視客戶之隱私與個人資料保護，關於本所之個人資料保護政策如下：

一、蒐集之目的：本所得為提供法律服務、活動通知、客戶管理、業務推廣、履行法定義務之目的，就客戶提供給本所之個人資料進行蒐集、處理或利用。

二、蒐集之個人資料類別：本所蒐集之個人資料，包括姓名、職稱、地址、行動電話、電子郵件等聯絡資訊、國民身分證統一編號、護照號碼、年齡、性別、出生年月日、國籍及辦理委任事項所需之其他個人資料等。

三、個人資料利用之期間、地區、對象及方式：本所將會在上述蒐集目的之必要範圍內，以自動化或其他非自動化之方式，就客戶提供本所之個人資料，提供予本所之複委任人、本所委託提供服務之第三人以及於因業務必要時提供相關政府機關(合稱「個人資料利用對象」)，在本所或個人資料利用對象所在之國家或地區為處理或利用。為能符合上述蒐集目的，除非客戶對於其所提供之個人資料另有指示，本所將持續保留已蒐集之個人資料，直到本所提供相關服務期間暨該期間終止後二十年。

四、當事人之權利：當事人有權以電子郵件向本所要求查詢、請求閱覽、請求製給複製本、補充或更正個人資料、請求停止蒐集、處理或利用、或刪除個人資料，惟本所得酌收必要費用。若因本所執行職務或依相關法令規定所必須者，本所得依法拒絕該請求。
客戶得自由選擇是否提供相關個人資料，惟若客戶拒絕提供，或提供之資料不完整、不真實，本所將可能無法提供完整的法律諮詢、受託辦理法律案件，或無法建立正式的委任關係。

五、本政策之變更：本所將不時修訂個人資料保護政策，並於該政策有重大變更時，在本所網站上公布其內容。
